A Spiritual Seeker?

After four years at Harvard College and two more across the river at “The B School.”  There I was supposed to learn how to become a card carrying member of the system.  But I fooled them too. I started out learning the ropes of the system in some fairly traditional industries … real estate ... banking … journalism … and started to stray from the straight and narrow in increments of increasing magnitude.   My overall career path might rightfully be described by a spiritual seeker as a labyrinth with no exit.   See if you can make some sense of this.

Master planner living on an island resort ... author ... a Wall Street banker … Fortune reporter (link Fortune) …  vagabond ... Congressional fellow … homeless advocate …  environmental fundraiser … a peace monger … cross country bicyclist ... tech journalist … author … an organizer of benefit bikeathons, entrepreneur (See Credit Commons) … documentary filmmaker (See Time Bomb) …. author (See  doc a resort developer, tech podcaster (See Podtech), social entrepreneur,   a concert producer … environmental activist ... and a lacrosse referee.

Do you see a pattern there?  If so let me know ASAP (contact)  because I’m still looking for it and about to give up.   And now, of course, I’m a driver for Uber and Lyft, which fits right in with everything else I’ve done.

In fact, I’d venture to say it’s the natural culmination of everything else I’ve done.  But then again haven’t we’ve learned by now not to trust what I venture to say.
